Unlike traditional single UV-C robotic systems, the automated Surfacide Helios UV-C System utilizes three UV-C robots. While every environment is unique, we recommend the following guidelines for optimal UV-C disinfection.
What to focus on while positioning three robots:
- High Touch Surfaces:
Place robots near high touch surfaces that are frequently utilized. - Shadows:
Shadowed areas will not be disinfected as they are not in the direct line of sight. Ensure that objects are not blocking one another when setting up the room. - Distance:
The optimal distance between an object and an emitter is 4-5 feet. - GFCI Outlets
Avoid using these outlets because they have a tendency to trip the circuit breaker. This will cause the system to shut off and a new cycle will need to be started. - Creating a Cleaner Environments
Prevent the spread of deadly microorganisms from the environments where you live, work and play.
