Helios+ Features
Versatile Configurations
With the ability to use 1 to 3 towers, the Helios+ UV-C System provides you the freedom to create multiple configurations tailored to your facility’s specific needs. Coupled with a short range of cycle times, Helios+ offers the versatility to optimize UV-C microbial reduction in any environment.
360-Degree Rotation
Helios+ UV-C light towers are capable of 360-degree rotation to deliver UV-C to hard surfaces. Helios+ does not require any repositioning, resulting in increased staff productivity.
Cloud Database and Connectivity
All Helios+ UV-C cycle data is automatically transmitted into a secure cloud-based portal. The portal provides visibility to system usage including:
– the number of cycles
– cycle results
– cycles per location
– cycle type
Data is easily accessed and provided in standard or customizable reports to help drive utilization.
Easy Transport
Ergonomic handle and specially designed base enable conjoined transport of multiple robots and caution signs. The Helios+ UV-C system is easy to transport and needs only 10 lbs. of force on a flat surface.
Safety Sensors
Each Helios+ UV-C system contains three safety sensors which help to prevent unintended exposure to UV-C light. Built with safety in mind, the sensors can be used with a vibration/accelerometer or passive infrared setting depending on the room/area.
Cycle Notes
A note can be added on the Helios+ tablet for each cycle. Completely customizable, notes appear on the utilization report and assist in UV-C microbial reduction microbial reduction analysis.. Cycle notes can help track anything from isolation type cases per month to the number of discharges per week.
Intended Use and Indications for Use
Intended Use: Helios+ is a whole room microbial reduction device intended to be used to reduce microbial load on non-critical medical device surfaces following cleaning and microbial reduction.
Indications for Use: Helios+ is a 253.7nm wavelength, high intensity, germicidal UV-C light system intended to perform microbial reduction on non-porous, non-critical medical device surfaces, free from visual soiling, after manual cleaning and microbial reduction practices. Helios+ is intended for use in unoccupied operating rooms, hospital rooms and other clinical settings where non-critical medical devices are present as an adjunct to existing manual cleaning and microbial reduction practices. The system is for over-the-counter (OTC) use.
Good things come in threes

Cost Advantage
Helios+ UV-C System includes three UV-C emitters at a similar price point to most single-emitter systems. For added flexibility, our emitters can be utilized with 1 to 3 robots to achieve UV-C microbial reduction in a variety of room sizes.

Intertek Certified
Surfacide is ISO 13485 certified and Helios+ is independently evaluated and tested to ensure product safety. Our triple-emitter system is patented globally.
