Helios® UVC System

Three Sets Us Apart

Helios is the only patented, hard-surface UVC technology to use three light-emitting towers in a single cycle.

Surfacide’s UV-C light technology rapidly reduces bioburden and pathogens with validated results.

Helios UVC system allows for multiple configurations and short cycle times to achieve chemical-free hard surface cleaning.

An easy-to-use, multiple emitter system, the Helios UVC system is backed by responsive support.

Helios Features

With the ability to use 1 to 5 towers, the Helios UVC microbial reduction system provides you the freedom to create multiple configurations tailored to your facility’s specific needs. Coupled with a short range of cycle times, Helios offers the versatility to optimize UVC microbial reduction in any environment.

Helios UVC  light towers are capable of 360-degree rotation to deliver UVC to hard surfaces. Helios do not require any repositioning, resulting in increased staff productivity.

Helios emitters have the capacity to deliver UVC microbial reduction to targeted areas by allowing the operator to select and assign an area for microbial reduction. This feature works great in curtained bay areas, between cases in the OR, or for equipment microbial reduction.

All Helios UVC microbial reduction cycle data is automatically transmitted into a secure, cloud-based portal. The portal provides visibility to system usage including:
– The number of cycles
– Cycle results
– Cycles per location
– Cycle type

Data is easily accessed and provided in standard or customizable reports to help drive utilization.

An ergonomic handle and specially designed base enable conjoined transport of multiple robots and caution signs. The Helios UVC microbial reduction system is easy to transport and needs only 10 lbs of force on a flat surface.

Each Helios UVC microbial reduction system contains two motion sensors which help to prevent unintended exposure to UV-C light. Built with safety in mind, the sensors can be used with a vibration/accelerometer or passive infrared setting depending on the area being disinfected.

A note can be added on the Helios tablet for each cycle. Completely customizable, notes appear on the utilization report and assist in UVC microbial reduction data analysis. Cycle notes can help track anything from isolation type cases per month to the number of discharges per week.

Good things come in threes
